Organic Beef Sirloin Steak (250g)
Our sirloin steak comes from our beautiful deep-red Sussex cattle and is one of the more beefy flavoured steak cuts. Gently marbled it is a perfect steak for frying and grilling. It should be cooked in a hot pan to keep the juices locked in and then rested properly to ensure the meat remains deliciously tender. Sirloin is a great cut to serve with sauces such as bearnaise or peppercorn.

The beautiful deep-red Sussex, our beef cattle, thrive on the chalk downland, having been farmed on the land at Goodwood for centuries. Our cattle are fed on forage grown on the estate; this is a mix of clovers, oats, whole crop barley, whole crop silages and wheat, beans and vetches.
